Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the engineering vision and roadmap in alignment with company objectives Lead, mentor, and develop engineering managers and their teams while fostering a culture of continuous improvement Own engineering delivery across multiple product lines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience 15+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 8+ years in engineering leadership roles Deep expertise in software architecture, system design, and modern development practices Strong background in cloud platforms and distributed systems Demonstrated ability to inspire and retain high-performing engineering teams
