A company is looking for a Director of AI Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Set the engineering vision and direct the architecture of core AI infrastructure and Multi-Agent Systems Partner with Product leaders to define the technical roadmap for foundational AI capabilities Oversee data processing architectures and implement governance for ethical AI usage
Required Qualifications
MS/Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a similar quantitative discipline 5+ years of experience in ML or AI engineering leadership roles Deep system-level architectural knowledge of modern NLP and large language models Expertise in vector databases and handling unstructured text data at scale Proven experience designing and overseeing core components of enterprise AI platforms
