About the job As a Product Manager for Ads Sales Intelligence, you will drive Google's growth by innovating and building a sales intelligence platform for the global sales organization. You will identify and develop customer-centric ads intelligence insights that directly contribute to business growth. You will lead the entire product development lifecycle, from user research and goal setting to defining requirements and guiding cross-functional teams, while partnering across Google to ensure product launches and business impact.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $163,000-$237,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Identify and develop customer‑centric ads intelligence, helping Google sellers understand and act on critical opportunities. Conduct user research to understand the critical business growth opportunities for Google's global sellers.
Guide the full product development lifecycle. Define ambitious visions and strategies for new products, creating product requirements and mocks, and steering cross‑functional teams through agile development for high customer satisfaction.
Partner with teams across Google to ensure seamless integration and go‑to‑market strategies for products, bringing versions, features and products to market.
Establish metrics and measure the impact of the products, with a focus on driving business growth.
