Key Responsibilities
Design and execute lifecycle marketing programs to enhance customer onboarding and product adoption Own and manage the webinar program and customer communications to drive engagement and feature usage Build and manage customer advocacy programs, including case studies and referral initiatives
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in customer marketing or growth marketing at a B2B SaaS company Proven track record of executing marketing programs that influence retention or expansion revenue Experience planning and hosting customer webinars with measurable outcomes Familiarity with in-product marketing tools and marketing automation platforms Self-starter capable of building programs independently with limited oversight
