Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and deployment of LLM-powered tools Manage a small team of AI engineers and product specialists while setting technical direction Drive organizational adoption of AI by partnering with department heads and building enablement programs
Required Qualifications
5+ years in a product, engineering, or technology leadership role Proven experience in shipping AI/LLM-based tools or products into production Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and orchestration frameworks Experience managing or mentoring a technical team Ability to communicate effectively between technical implementation and business stakeholders
