Sales Manager Thixo-Die Casting Line Location: Stow, Ohio Industry: Die Casting & Injection Molding
The Role As the Sales Manager, you will drive sales opportunities and grow the Thixo-Die casting line to meet ambitious targets. This role involves integrating resources, managing a dedicated sales team, and cultivating high-level relationships with OEMs and contract manufacturers. Key Responsibilities Business Development: Execute strategic plans to exceed quarterly and annual quotas through prospecting and networking. Account Management: Serve as the primary contact for key accounts and build long-term client relationships. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate a sales force of direct reports and agents to ensure peak performance. Technical Solutions: Partner with internal engineering teams to provide solutions for client pain points. Strategic Reporting: Forecast revenue accurately and submit regular performance reports via CRM.
