Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage innovative educational programs aligned with organizational goals Leverage advanced technologies to enhance learning experiences and clinical training Lead educational innovation projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Education, Public Health, Instructional Design, or related field required Five to seven years of experience in healthcare education, program management, or innovation; nephrology/dialysis experience preferred Strong familiarity with healthcare learning technologies and regulatory requirements Proven experience managing large-scale projects and organizational change initiatives Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with project management tools preferred
