Key Responsibilities
Oversee project management practices, including staffing, budget analytics, and operational performance metrics Optimize systems and processes to enhance efficiency and implement best practices for product development Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product roadmaps and delivery assurance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field; MBA preferred 10+ years of experience in product operations or project management within SaaS or technology organizations 5+ years of experience leading Agile environments Proven experience managing Technical Product Managers and large-scale product operations Skilled in using Jira, Confluence, and analytics/BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
