A company is looking for a Business Solutions Analyst to join their project delivery team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead discovery sessions to understand client requirements for ecommerce site functionality and integrations Gather and document business needs and translate them into functional specifications and user stories Collaborate with stakeholders to manage requirements throughout the development cycle and support User Acceptance Testing
Required Qualifications
Experience in eCommerce, specifically with Shopify and Shopify Plus Background in services agency and eCommerce integrations with ERP, OMS, WMS, and CRM systems Experience working in an agile environment Previous experience as a Business Analyst or relevant Product Owner experience Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
