A company is looking for a Business System Adoption Specialist to support system adoption and user engagement in clinical data management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop user-facing materials aligned with business and strategic priorities Support the Business System Owner in user adoption, change management, and communications Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance the end-user experience
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent preferred; advanced degree preferred 4+ years of experience in business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and change management 3+ years of experience in the life sciences, preferably in clinical trial management/operations Experience with EDC, clinical trial operational systems, or regulatory reporting is a plus Demonstrated experience in navigating complex issues in a matrixed environment
