Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and direction to the financial shared service organization, ensuring effective financial internal controls Lead and mentor a diverse team in preparing consolidated financial statements and reports Develop and implement strategies for Financial Shared Services functions and facilitate collaboration between Finance, Accounting, IT, and Operations
Required Qualifications
BA/BS in Accounting; Master's in Accounting is a plus 8-10 years of progressive accounting experience, including 3-5 years in a Global Business Services leadership role Expertise in inventory accounting and revenue recognition (ASC 606/IFRS 15) Experience in a large, multinational company Strong understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and GAAP principles
