Key Responsibilities
Develop and oversee the corporate compliance framework, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations Provide compliance training and proactive guidance to leadership and management teams Monitor operational processes and manage investigatory processes related to compliance matters
Required Qualifications
3-7 years of experience in compliance or legal operations within insurance or membership organizations Experience managing compliance or legal staff Direct ownership of HIPAA or comparable privacy laws Licensed to practice law in Florida or another U.S. jurisdiction Proven success in building and implementing corporate compliance programs
