A company is looking for a Principal Enterprise Architect - Mergers & Acquisitions (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Lead architectural dimensions of mergers and acquisitions initiatives including deal evaluation, technology due diligence, and integration planning Define and govern enterprise architecture strategies to enable rapid M&A integrations and maximize value realization Design integration and migration strategies, and partner with senior leaders to communicate architectural risks and opportunities
Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture roles 4+ years leading technology due diligence and integration architecture in M&A environments Proven experience across the full M&A lifecycle, including pre LOI screening and post merger integration Deep expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks and application portfolio management Strong working knowledge of cloud platforms and data architecture governance
