A company is looking for an Account Manager, SMB.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of restaurant accounts, optimizing their Grubhub presence and enhancing menu pages Conduct regular check-ins with restaurant partners to assess satisfaction and gather feedback Maintain accurate records of client interactions and assist in addressing inquiries and account issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience along with a High School degree/GED 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably with restaurant owners or in the restaurant industry Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin or Spanish is preferred Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals Strong computer skills, with experience in MS Office, Google products, and familiarity with CRM software preferred
