A company is looking for an Associate Director/Director - Analytics Consulting.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex data and analytics programs, managing the roadmap from problem definition to deployment Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, translating business problems into high-level analytics solutions Manage and mentor a hybrid team of data scientists and engineers, ensuring collaboration across global teams
Required Qualifications
13-15 years of total experience, with at least 7 years in the Insurance domain and consulting Ability to engage with executive-level stakeholders to translate business problems into analytics solutions Deep knowledge of the US Insurance industry Strong project management and team management skills Graduate in Business Analytics, MBA, or equivalent work experience
