A company is looking for a Director of National Accounts Underwriting.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day production activities, including training and developing underwriters Apply sound underwriting judgments to support growth and profitability while mentoring the team Develop and maintain effective working relationships with field personnel, producers, and internal teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business preferred, or equivalent experience 3-5 years of leadership experience 5-7 years of experience in Life, Absence, and Disability underwriting, preferably in national accounts Strong leadership and mentoring abilities Proven ability to partner with sales partners and brokers
