A company is looking for a Proposal Specialist II to support the data center sector by preparing winning proposals and presentations.
Key Responsibilities
Support the preparation of proposals, client presentations, and marketing initiatives Facilitate proposal kick-off meetings and manage adherence to proposal schedules Develop page layout and manage proposal documents, including visual and written content
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent experience 6-8 years of experience in developing architectural and engineering proposals Familiarity with the AEC industry and data center market Experience with graphic design/layout and Adobe InDesign Intermediate to expert skills with Microsoft Office Suite
