A company is looking for an Outreach Representative to assist patients in navigating healthcare coverage enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outreach efforts to provide information and assistance to patients regarding healthcare coverage enrollment Guide patients through the application or reapplication process for Medicaid and other healthcare programs Maintain a positive and supportive approach while engaging with patients during calls
Required Qualifications
Expert fluency in both English and Spanish Access to a computer with reliable audio/microphone functionality and a stable internet connection Experience with cold-calling and outbound calls Ability to learn quickly and follow a process-oriented approach Positive attitude and a genuine care for others
