A company is looking for a Provider Engagement Network Specialist to manage provider data and support claims processing.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure accurate setup of providers in the information system for reporting and claims payment Resolve provider data issues and facilitate provider education and orientations Track and audit provider data, and assist with claims payment processing inaccuracies
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree preferred Experience in claims processing, billing, or coding Three years of experience in a managed care environment or healthcare organization Knowledge of healthcare, managed care, Medicare, or Medicaid Customer service experience within a healthcare setting
