A company is looking for an Account Based Renewals Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Independently manage and execute full renewal workflows across assigned accounts Drive timely and accurate renewal execution while identifying and closing seat expansion opportunities Monitor auto renewal settings and collaborate with customer procurement teams to ensure renewal accuracy
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in renewals, inside sales, account management, or customer success, preferably in a software or SaaS environment Ability to independently manage high volume renewal cycles Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines and renewal workflows Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize across multiple renewal motions Experience engaging customer procurement or commercial teams
