IT Technical Trainer

A company is looking for an IT Technical Trainer to develop and deliver training curriculum for its IT department.
Key Responsibilities
Create training material and documentation, including presentations and eLearning modules Develop partnerships with business teams and product owners Facilitate virtual training sessions for IT staff, including onboarding and professional development
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design/Training/Learning Technology or 5+ years of equivalent experience Experience with technical or business writing Familiarity with project management software such as SharePoint, Azure DevOps, and Jira Understanding of project management and Agile methodologies Knowledge of Instructional Design Theory and Adult Learning Theory
