Key Responsibilities
Lead Scope Management Transformation, ensuring accountability and execution across implementations and scope changes Drive enterprise-level change by creating executable roadmaps that enhance decision-making speed and quality Oversee complex cross-functional initiatives, managing risks and ensuring alignment from planning to execution
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, nursing, public health, healthcare informatics, or a related field 7+ years of experience in program or project management within a healthcare environment Proven experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives that drive transformation and measurable outcomes Strong foundational project management skills, including planning and risk management Deep understanding of healthcare operations, including utilization management and health plan operations
