Key Responsibilities
Act as technical owner for core SaaS platforms, including Salesforce and Atlassian tools Lead Salesforce enhancements, streamline business processes, and drive user adoption Manage a small team, oversee system changes, and maintain integration patterns across platforms
Required Qualifications
Salesforce Certified Administrator Hands-on Salesforce implementation experience in a Senior or Lead capacity Experience managing a small technical team Familiarity with SaaS ecosystems and integration projects Experience working with business partners to gather requirements
