Key Responsibilities
Lead the client roadmap across Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and AF initiatives Serve as the primary client contact to align stakeholders and delivery teams Coordinate and guide the offshore team to execute project deliverables
Required Qualifications
Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales and Service, Data Cloud, and AF capabilities Experience leading client-facing roadmap projects spanning these areas Proven ability to collaborate effectively with an offshore team Ability to operate in a critical lead role to strengthen delivery and support future project procurements
