A company is looking for an Associate Director, Applied Research and Program Evaluation.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement evaluation plans for the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) and ensure alignment with project goals Create data collection systems and management plans, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from program activities Develop visual and narrative reports to communicate program impact and support applied research activities as needed
Required Qualifications
College or university degree in a related field (e.g., health policy, public health, epidemiology) Master's degree in a health-related or social science discipline preferred 5+ years of professional work experience in a related job discipline
