Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and develop a comprehensive advising strategy to enhance student success and retention Supervise and mentor a team of academic advisors, ensuring effective service delivery and professional development Utilize data and analytics to assess advising effectiveness and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any field Three to five years of professional experience in academic advising or a related area At least three years of supervisory experience Demonstrated knowledge of academic advising practices and retention strategies Experience working with diverse student populations and institutional systems
