Key Responsibilities
Sourcing and securing freight, carriers, and customers through various methods Managing relationships with customers and ensuring data integrity in customer-related functions Identifying and resolving issues for customers while supporting account growth
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum of one (1) year of brokerage experience Basic understanding of brokerage operations and geographic freight markets BA or BS degree or equivalent experience
