Key Responsibilities
Design and publish the Engagement Playbook and maintain an Engagement intranet site Engage with stakeholders to assess and improve connectivity and collaboration Leverage survey data to provide actionable insights and establish engagement metrics
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field with 8+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years of experience Knowledge of engagement and organizational development principles Proven track record in enhancing engagement outcomes and business results Experience in developing enterprise resources and internal platforms Strong program and project management skills in a complex environment
