A company is looking for a Public Records Specialist to research public records and manage sensitive information. Key Responsibilities

Perform public record searches via select databases and county court sites Sort public records to determine which can be reported to clients Meet team productivity and accuracy standards while following established policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred 1+ years of prior experience in an office setting Ability to navigate multiple windows/browsers and perform extensive internet research Working knowledge of G-Suite and Microsoft Office products Ability to gain knowledge of the criminal justice system as it relates to the information obtained
