Key Responsibilities
Oversee global quality management systems and support process owners Implement continuous improvements to the global quality management system Drive change management to standardize practices across the network
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in science, statistics, or math; advanced degree or MBA preferred Minimum ten years of experience in the Biopharma/Pharmaceutical industry Strong understanding of Quality Management System philosophies Experience in leading organizational change and managing stakeholders Proven ability to implement global business processes with a critical thinking approach
