Key Responsibilities
Define and implement a multi-year strategy for the Global Business Resilience Network (GBRN) and Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR) Lead service modernization initiatives, including automation and AI-enabled capabilities Manage the BCDR technology roadmap and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory expectations
Required Qualifications
Doctorate degree and 4 years of experience in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery, or a Master's degree with 8 years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience At least 4 years of experience directly managing people or leading teams In-depth knowledge of enterprise Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery programs Experience designing and operating global service models and governance frameworks Experience with BC/DR platforms and system integrations
