A company is looking for a Senior Digital Optimization Manager. Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day conversion rate optimization (CRO) and experimentation execution across partner microsites and landing pages Own the testing backlog and execution, including identifying opportunities, developing hypotheses, and managing tests from concept to readout Utilize web analytics and user research to uncover friction points and growth opportunities, and support the rollout of personalization use cases

Required Qualifications

6-9 years of experience in digital web optimization, CRO, UX, experimentation, and growth marketing Hands-on experience running A/B tests, personalization, and journey experiments at scale Expert experience in GA4 web analytics and proficiency with Optimizely and Full Story Proven ability to turn data into actionable insights that drive conversion and business impact Experience in multi-site or multi-brand ecosystems is preferred
