Key Responsibilities
Manage Payer Contract Administration and Implementation functions, including PBM and Managed Care contracting Drive business growth through payer contracting and collaborate with sales teams to support market expansion Act as a liaison for Home Infusion Therapy and PBM payer needs, overseeing negotiations and contract language
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's preferred Minimum of five years of healthcare experience, particularly in contracting and credentialing General business and financial acumen with knowledge of managed care terminology Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong organizational skills
