A company is looking for a Customer Engagement Representative - Production Animal.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Territory Manager on sales strategies and manage customer accounts Handle incoming calls for sales orders and customer service issues, while initiating proactive calls to grow sales Assist accounts with product inquiries, order processing, and returns while providing excellent customer service
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree in Veterinary Technology or a bachelor's degree in an animal health field or equivalent agricultural degree preferred 3 years of experience in a veterinary clinic or 2+ years in an animal health call center environment preferred
