Key Responsibilities
Own the strategy and technical execution of Iceberg capabilities, including community growth and product integration Serve as the primary representative in the Apache Iceberg community, fostering relationships and driving external thought leadership Lead cross-functional collaboration to align Iceberg strategy with the broader lakehouse and open-data platform vision
Required Qualifications
12+ years of product management experience in data infrastructure, databases, or analytics Deep familiarity with Apache Iceberg or comparable open table formats Experience in open-source community engagement and leading initiatives within similar ecosystems Strong technical fluency in lakehouse architecture concepts Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across various functions
