A company is looking for an Associate Director - Cybersecurity Posture, Hygiene and AI (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Establish and manage a comprehensive security posture and hygiene strategy for AI and machine learning technologies Develop and execute strategies for continuous monitoring and improvement of security controls across enterprise systems Oversee daily operations, including risk management and response strategies, ensuring resilience against cyber threats
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 9 years of experience OR Master's Degree and 8 years of experience OR PhD and 4 years of experience Proven leadership in cybersecurity with experience in managing security posture and hygiene strategies Experience implementing an AI security program across an enterprise Expert knowledge of cybersecurity terminology, concepts, and the cyber threat landscape Experience with the CIS Top 18 controls and familiarity with the CIS Controls Implementation Groups methodology
