A company is looking for a Mortgage Customer Outreach Specialist I.
Key Responsibilities:
Initiate contact with consumers in early stages of mortgage loan default to collect past due payments Collect financial information, assess repayment ability, and arrange repayment plans as necessary Handle inbound calls regarding mortgage loan products and communicate state-specific compliance requirements
Required Qualifications:
A combined 2 years' higher education and/or relevant work experience Ability to communicate effectively and professionally over the phone Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software Collections experience is preferred Knowledge of company systems is preferred
