A company is looking for a Junior Contract Specialist to support procurement activities for the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive reviews of procurement documents for accuracy and completeness Draft and prepare contract-related documents and forms while performing market research Monitor contractor performance and assist in post-award administration and contract closeouts
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or 24 semester hours in relevant fields such as accounting, business, or law Two years of federal contracting experience in government acquisitions within the last five years
