A company is looking for an Inbound Call Center Agent Spanish/English Bilingual for remote full-time and part-time positions.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level customer service solutions through inbound calls Document all customer interactions accurately using provided tools Maintain knowledge of campaign products, services, and promotions
Required Qualifications:
At least one year of call center experience with automatic dialers and call scripting High school diploma or GED Basic computer skills and computer literacy Outstanding attendance and punctuality Spanish/English bilingual is a plus
