A company is looking for a SPIFF & Salesforce SPM Consultant to support the delivery of Incentive Compensation Management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Support the implementation of SPIFF incentive compensation solutions Run client discovery sessions and assist with documenting business requirements Configure SPIFF plans, calculations, and workflows to support compensation processes
Required Qualifications
Experience in Incentive Compensation Management (ICM), Sales Operations, or RevOps systems Hands-on experience with SPIFF or similar ICM platforms Basic understanding of Salesforce CRM or other CRM platforms Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into system logic Professional working proficiency in English
