Key Responsibilities
Build business partnerships and grow ingredient portfolio spend within existing customer accounts Establish and develop customer relationships by evaluating needs and opportunities Document all account activity in the CRM system and execute business plans to achieve financial goals
Required Qualifications
2+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B High School Diploma or GED required Food chemical ingredient experience is a plus but not mandatory Strong discovery skills to understand customer needs Ability to excel in customer negotiations and uncover growth opportunities
