Role Overview
Director of Operations (Food/ Beverage) – Florida (Tampa – Orlando)
Compensation: $160,000 - $175,000 + Bonus + Relocation + Benefits (401k, medical, dental, vision).
Responsibilities
Operate cross-functionally with senior leadership to optimize and develop plant operations (manufacturing, maintenance, quality, logistics).
Lead and communicate clear strategies for operational excellence.
Enhance product quality, operations efficiency and profitability with autonomy.
Opportunity to progress into COO with further responsibility across this global business.
Qualifications
Operations Director experience in food or beverage industry.
Strong people leader with effective communication skills.
Able to develop and implement operational strategies.
Proven track record growing, developing and enhancing food/beverage plants.
