Job Description The Associate Director, International Market Analytics and Business Intelligence (IMABI) plays an essential role in driving insights for the Parkinson’s disease franchise in our OUS markets. The AD will ensure market and stakeholder insights drive informed strategic and operational decisions for the brands. She/He will lead Business Intelligence and Analytics activities (primary market research, launch KPIs and market & brand performance tracking, and competitive intelligence) and be responsible for generating new and credible insights to support actionable recommendations that address key business needs and objectives. The Associate Director will manage all aspects of Business Intelligence, including project planning, initiation of the RFP process, Vendor Selection, Study Design, Contract Execution and Budget Management.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the IMABI lead for the Parkinson’s disease assets.

Partner strategically with International, Area and Affiliate leadership, guiding brand and co‑positioning strategies. Drive decisions using an insights‑led approach and provide guidance on key initiatives based on market knowledge.

Lead and present interim and end results to Brand Teams, Senior Management, and vendors, communicating progress and initiatives.

Develop and maintain working relationships with Area and Key Affiliate contacts to co‑create and execute plans, eliminating redundancies and ensuring consistent market understanding.

Influence and motivate Business Intelligence partners in Key Affiliates and lead the continuous brand planning process based on market drivers, patient journey, competition, and positioning.

Proactively identify new data sources and analytics opportunities to keep INBT decision‑making current and comprehensive.

Lead commercial competitive intelligence to anticipate competitor strategies and achieve market leadership.

Provide insights to shape current dynamics and future market evolution over the next 3‑5 years, guiding INBT in developing successful strategies to maximize brand and market performance. Identify and utilize reasonable data sources & analytic approaches to measure effectiveness of core strategies and initiatives.

Lead and participate in initiatives to improve IMABI data and analytics capabilities.

Ensure all IMABI activities are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with financial and ethical compliance guidelines.

Qualifications

BA or BS degree required. Advanced degree (MBA or MA) preferred. Degree concentration in market research, marketing, or social sciences. Statistical knowledge is a plus.

Minimum of 6 years’ experience in analytics, market research, marketing, and/or business intelligence, including strong working knowledge of key data sources and analytic approaches in healthcare at the global and country level.

Experience developing and executing global analytics and research plans. Experience analyzing and drawing insights from quantitative and secondary data sets.

Global pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience. Neuroscience/Migraine disease and launch experience preferred.

Excellent strategic thinking, thought leadership, and strong storytelling capabilities.

Analytical reasoning, intellectual curiosity, strong business acumen, and creativity in problem‑solving. Ability to develop and test hypotheses using available data including market dynamics (share and total volume) trends in Microsoft Excel.

Experience influencing cross‑functional, global and affiliate teams.

Ability to interact effectively with and present to all levels of the organization.

Agility, strong collaboration, and teamwork across functional groups. Lead strategically and create trust and respect within the department.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and the Company may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
