Job Description A smaller hospital located east of Klamath Falls, OR is seeking a full‑time, permanent Director of Plant Operations to join their team.
Relocation assistance is available.
Pay Range: $117,000–$152,000 annually (based on experience).
Responsibilities
Supervise maintenance and laundry staff; oversee facility operations across all service areas.
Lead planning, budgeting, scheduling, and preventative maintenance for facilities and grounds.
Manage safety, compliance, security, budgets, and facility improvements.
Day shift schedule, Monday–Friday with on‑call required.
Full‑time, permanent hire.
Qualifications
Two or more years of experience in a medical facility required.
Five or more years of progressive experience in maintenance of equipment, utilities, and building.
Boiler operator’s license, building operator certification, limited registration: maintenance industrial electrical license or journeyman’s card in any building trade preferred.
