They’re at a pivotal growth stage—and are looking for a Director of Operations to step in and truly run the engine of the business.
This is a high‑impact, roll‑up‑your‑sleeves leadership role where you’ll own everything from field operations to profitability. You won’t just manage the business—you’ll help build and scale it.
What You’ll Do
Take full ownership of daily operations, leading both field teams and project execution from start to finish

Hire, develop, and lead a tight‑knit team of installers (3–10), building a high‑performance, accountable culture
Jump into the field when needed—troubleshooting AV systems, Control4 automation, and Cisco/IP networks
Identify gaps, solve problems, and continuously improve efficiency, output, and margins
Own scheduling, workforce planning, and overall team productivity
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in AV, home automation, or low‑voltage systems
4+ years of leadership experience managing teams and operations
Strong hands‑on expertise with Control4, Cisco, IP networking, and Lutron systems

Confidence stepping into the field to troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues
A sharp operational mindset with a focus on efficiency, accountability, and profitability
A scrappy, builder mentality—you take ownership, figure things out, and get it done
Why This Role Stands Out
Run the show – Full ownership of operations with real influence on company growth
Build something meaningful – Help scale a business in a booming luxury market
Stay hands‑on – Perfect blend of leadership and technical involvement
