Starting at $80,000 annually (based on experience) Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the clinical laboratory Lead, supervise, and support laboratory staff Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards Perform routine laboratory testing as needed (MT/MLT duties) Maintain accuracy and efficiency across all lab processes Manage workflow, scheduling, and staffing needs Team Structure 3 Full-Time Laboratory Technologists 1 PRN Staff Member Qualifications Proven experience in a

clinical laboratory leadership role Strong background in

Blood Bank

(required) MT/MLT experience with ability to perform bench work Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ideal Candidate A
