Global Head of Compensation & Total Rewards

A biotechnology innovation company in Cambridge is seeking a highly skilled compensation leader to oversee non-executive compensation programs globally. This role, within the Total Rewards team, will focus on designing and managing broad-based compensation initiatives and requires 10+ years of experience in high-growth environments.
