This is a unique opportunity for a highly autonomous operator to build the finance and business operations function from the ground up while working alongside experienced founders. What you'll do:
Think from first principles about how finance and operations should work inside an AI-native firm
Own high-impact Finance and BizOps initiatives end-to-end
Build internal systems and workflows using AI coding and low-code tools

Strong first-principles thinking and a high level of ownership

Business Development Manager Our client, a top regional law firm, is seeking a Business Development Manager. This position reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.
This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can partner closely with attorneys while driving firmwide BD efforts with consistency and impact.
Key Responsibilities
Execute marketing and business development strategies aligned with practice group goals
Track, measure, and report on BD initiatives and overall progress
Conduct competitive intelligence and prepare detailed client, target, market, and industry analyses
Manage and maintain the firm's experience database
Coordinate and prepare RFP responses, proposals, and presentations
Improve pitch materials and streamline proposal processes
Track RFP/proposal outcomes and analyze trends
Develop new collateral to position the firm and its practice groups
