Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the Leasing and Marketing departments to follow up with all the leads generated from different channels
Innovate and implement promotion strategies including, but not limited to, online/offline advertisements, virtual open house activities, and community succession activities
Participate in innovation meetings to initiate the sales plan for different seasons with flexible strategies
Get familiar with all of the properties and amenities offered to further develop an introductory strategy; provide potential tenants with relevant information in regard to their requirements and budget in a timely manner
Display properties for potential tenants in virtual or field tours and online communications (via phone call or video call) of facilities and available units
Demonstrate a basic understanding of Landlord and Tenant Law, Residential Real Estate Law, and related lawsuits; send essential documents, notices, and letters to tenants according to required time frames; respond and negotiate with tenants on specific terms and conditions
Communicate with tenants for necessary paperwork (leases, contracts, agreements, statements, etc.) and support the Property Management team with the check‑in/check‑out processes, pre/post‑inspection, and daily maintenance requests
Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
A Bachelor degree or above is preferred
1+ year of experience in sales, leasing, real estate, or related fields
Familiarity with social media platforms operations (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Craigslist, Instagram)
Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and customer orientation
Excellent capability in quick learning and pressure handling
Knowledge of residential real estate law and practices
Proven working experience as a leasing agent preferred
Proficiency in using MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word) and Google Suites
Mandarin proficiency is a plus
Compensation The estimated hourly cash salary for this role is $19–20/hr plus commission.
