Visionary Next Gen Ministry Director

A community-oriented church is seeking a Next Gen Director to provide vision and leadership for ministries serving the next generation. This role involves leading middle school, high school, and young adult ministries, developing a discipleship pathway, and equipping volunteers and parents. The ideal candidate must have a vibrant faith, prior experience in ministry, and strong relational skills. Participation in church activities and weekend services is required.
